| La Goulue’s Cheese Soufflé now served at Orsay!
Orsay receives nearly 100 calls per week from people
asking about La Goulue’s reopening. While that remains
to be determined, they invariably ask about the cheese
soufflé which is now available at Orsay, La Goulue’s
sister restaurant, only at lunch time (from Monday to Friday).
The cheese soufflé is prepared by the same
La Goulue’s chef, Antoine Camin.
